Rolocem®
Mineral decorative plaster
Characteristics and purpose:
Rolocem is cement-lime dry type of plaster, used for protection and decoration of exterior and interior wall surfaces, as well as for finish coating in thermal insulation façades. It can be ap-plied on asbestos-cement, gypsum cardboard and chipboard panels. It adhere well to substra-tum, has good vapour permeability, strength and stability in different climatic regions. It is resis-tant to impacts of atmospheric agents and uv radiation. It is of white colour, finishing to be car-ried out vertically or circularly, in smoothed surface to be smoothed with circular movement.
Application mode:
Add the bag content of Rolocem to 5.0-5.5l of water, stir with hand mixer until compound be-comes homogeneous, but not too long in order to avoid generation of foam which can cause problems during application onto the surface. In case it happens, leave prepared compound for 15-20 minutes, and then carry out applying. Substrate onto which Rolocem is applied must be dry, even, hard and clean (free of grease and efflorescence). Prior to applying Rolocem, prime surfaces with Maxikril or Rologrund primer, according to manufacturer’s instruction. Apply plas-ter after drying the substratum for 24 hours. Apply Rolocem by steel plasterer’s float and finish-ing by plastic flat plasterer’s float. Prepared material must be used up within 2hours. Paint sur-faces that have been treated with Rolocem with Maxifas façade paint for exterior works, and/or Maxidis or Maxipol for interior works at earliest after three weeks. Protect freshly applied sur-faces against atmospheric impacts for minimum 24 hours. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
Application temperature:
Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +30°c. The product must not be used at working temperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.

Rolosil® SN
Silicone decorative plaster
Characteristics and purpose:
Rolosil sn is a quality ready-mixed silicone-based decorative plaster. It is characterised with good vapour permeability, elastic resilience and exceptional water impermeability. It is resistant to impacts of atmospheric agents and uv radiation. It is used for protection and decoration of exterior and interior mineral surfaces and finish coating in thermal insulation façades. Rolosil sn can be shaded in maxima mix system only in shades recommended by manufacturer.
Application mode:
Substrate onto which Rolosil SN is being applied must be dry, even, hard and clean (free of grease and efflorescence). Dry new plasters and concrete substrate for 28 days, and glues for thermal insulation façades for 14 days. Prior to applying rolosil sn, prime surfaces with maxisil sn according to manufacturer’s instruction. Apply plaster after drying the substrate for 6 hours. Prior to use, stir thoroughly rolosil sn and as such it is ready for use. Shaded Rolosil SN in Maxima mix system and rolosil sn of different production batches and dates must be mandatory homogenised! Homogenisation is carried out by mixing quantity of several containers in a larger vessel and when homogenized quantity of approximately one container is used up, a new is added and mixed. Apply Rolosil SN by steel plasterer’s float and finishing by plastic flat plasterer’s float. In normal conditions protect freshly applied surfaces against atmospheric impacts for minimum 24 hours. If works are carried out at lower temperatures and increased humidity, drying time must be considerably extended. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
Application temperature:
Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +30°c. The product must not be used at working temperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.

Smoothed 2.9kg/m2 3.3kg/m2
Shelf-life:
12 months in original, well closed and undamaged package at temperature from +5°c to +25°c, protected against direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach.
Rolosil® ST
Silicate decorative plaster
Characteristics and purpose:
Rolosil ST is a quality ready-mixed silicate-based decorative plaster. It adheres well to substrate, has excellent vapour permeability and strength. It is resistant to atmospheric impacts and uv ra-diation. It is used for protection and decoration of exterior and interior mineral surfaces and finish coating in thermal insulation façades. Rolosil ST can be shaded in maxima mix system only in shades recommended by manufacturer.
Application mode:
Surface onto which Rolosil ST is being applied must be dry, even, hard, clean and previously im-pregnated with Maxisil ST (silicate primer), according to manufacturer’s instruction. Applied primer must be dried for minimum 24 hours, and/or 48 hours, depending on weather conditions. Prior to use, stir thoroughly Rolosil ST and as such it is ready for use. Rolosil ST shaded in Maxima mix system and Rolosil ST of different production batches and dates must be mandatory homogenized! Homogenization is carried out by mixing quantity of a few containers in a larger vessel and when homogenized quantity of approximately one container is used up, a new is added and mixed. It is applied by metal plasterer’s float in thickness of the largest grain. Finish-ing to be done by plastic flat plasterer’s float. In normal conditions protect freshly applied sur-faces against atmospheric impacts for minimum 24 hours. Wash tools with water immediately after use.
Application temperature:
Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +25°c. The product must not be used at workingtemperatures below +8°c.

Colorplast®
Acrylic marble mosaic
Characteristics and purpose:
Colorplast is a ready-mixed decorative mosaic based on acrylite and marble grain with 2mm granulation. It adheres well to substrate, has good vapour permeability and is resistant to at-mospheric agents and uv radiation. It is intended for protection and decoration of exterior and interior wall surfaces. It is produced according to colorplast shade chart in 24 shades.
Application mode:
Substrate onto which colorplast is being applied must be dry, even, hard and clean. Prime sur-faces with maxikril hydrosol primer. In light shades apply rologrund, according to manufacturer’s instruction, avoiding in this way generation of shadows. Stir colorplast prior to applying until foam generates and as such it is ready for use. Apply manually, with stainless steel plasterer’s float in thickness of approximately 3mm. Remove excess material by steel plasterer’s float and finish up, taking care that there is gap between grains. In normal conditions protect freshly ap-plied surfaces against atmospheric impacts for minimum 24 hours. Wash tools with water im-mediately after use.
Application temperature:
Optimum application temperature is from +10°c to +30°c, and the product must not be used at workingtemperatures below +5°c, as well as during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.
