Glues for Styrofoam, ceramic & facades
Keramol® interior
Glue for interior ceramic tiles and aerated concrete members
Characteristics and purpose:
Keramol interior is a dry type of construction glue based on hydraulic binders and additives. It is used for gluing wall, floor ceramic tiles in interiors, as well as aerated concrete members.
Application mode:
Add 25kg of Keramol interior into 7l of water and stir thoroughly. Leave glue for 15 minutes, and then stir again thoroughly and compound is ready for use. Wall surfaces onto which glue is ap-plied must be load-bearing, free of dust, grease and other impurities. Prior to gluing, prime sur-faces with Maxikril primer, according to manufacturer’s instruction. Apply glue by a drag. Place tiles onto substrate moving them left and right, up and down. Use up prepared glue within 2 hours. Fill gaps between tiles with Fugalin after minimum 24 hours. Wash tiles with water im-mediately after placement.
Application temperature:
From +5°c do + 30°c
Consumption:
From 2 to 3kg/m2, depending on substrate evenness and type of drag.
Shelf-life:
6 months in closed and undamaged package in a dry and ventilated room.
Keramol® elastic
Glue for ceramic wall, floor and façade tiles
Characteristics and purpose:
Keramol elastic is a dry type of construction glue based on hydraulic binder fibres, synthetic polymers and additives. Temperature stable from -20°c to +70°c. It is primarily intended for ex-terior works and troublesome substrates such as: old ceramic tiles, gypsum cardboard mem-bers, chipboard, wood and facilities with underfloor heating.
Application mode:
Add 25kg of Keramol elastic into 7l of water and stir thoroughly. Leave glue for 15 minutes, and then stir again thoroughly and compound is ready for use. Wall surfaces onto which glue is ap-plied must be load-bearing, free of dust, grease and other impurities. Prior to gluing, prime sur-faces with Maxikril primer, and if the work is done over old tiles, prime them with Sanikril, ac-cording to manufacturer’s instruction. Apply glue by a drag. Place tiles onto substrate moving them left and right, up and down. Use up prepared glue within 2 hours. Fill gaps between tiles with Fugalin after minimum 24 hours. Wash tiles with water immediately after placement.
Application temperature:
From + 5°c to +30°c
Consumption:
From 2 to 3kg/m2, depending on substrate evenness and type of drag.
Shelf-life:
6 months in closed and undamaged package, in a dry and ventilated room.

Stiromol® elastic
Glue for styrofoam and reinforced plaster
Characteristics and purpose:
Stiromol elastic is a single-component, high-resilient dry type of construction glue, made of hy-draulic and synthetic binders. It is intended for gluing and reinforcing thermal insulation panels: styrofoam, thermoseal, vidaseal and stone wool, on all types of mineral substrates.
Application mode:
Add 25kg of Stiromol elastic into 6.5l of water and stir thoroughly. Leave it for 10 minutes, stir again thoroughly and compound is ready for use. Thus prepared glue should be used up within 2 hours. Apply Stiromol elastic on thermal insulation panels along edges and on 3-6 points in the middle of the panel (coverage with glue around 50%) and glue them on hard and clean sub-strate by pressing. We recommend bolting on glued thermal insulation panels after 2-3 days. Place reinforcing mash by sinking into layer of applied stiromol elastic, in thickness of 2–3mm, on already glued thermal insulation panels, with overlap of 10cm, and then level entire surface with Stiromol elastic. Protect fresh surfaces against rain and strong sunshine.
Application temperature:
From +5°c do +30°c. The product must not be used during the rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.
Consumption:
From 3 to 5kg/m2 for gluing,
From 4 to 5kg/m2 for reinforcing.
Shelf-life:
6 months in closed and undamaged package, in a dry and ventilated room.
Stiromol® alkaline
Glue for styrofoam
Characteristics and purpose:
Stiromol alkaline is a single component dry type of construction glue, made of hydraulic and synthetic binders, intended for gluing styrofoam to mineral substrates.
Application mode:
Add 25kg of Stiromol alkaline into 6.5l of water and stir thoroughly. Leave it for 10 minutes, stir again thoroughly and compound is ready for use. Thus prepared glue should be used up within 2 hours. Apply Stiromol alkaline on thermal insulation panels (coverage with glue around 50%) and glue them on hard and clean substrate by pressing. After 2 to 3 days, additionally bolt with minimum 6 bolt anchors per m2.
Warning:
Use Stiromol alkaline only for gluing the styrofoam panels. The product is not intended for rein-forcing mash or to be finish coat.
Application temperature:
From +5°c to +30°c. The product must not be used during rain, fog, strong sunshine and wind.
Consumption:
From 3 to 5 kg/m2, depending on wall surface.
Shelf-life:
6 months in closed and undamaged package, in a dry and ventilated room.
