Levelling compound for interior walls

Characteristics and purpose:

Gletolin is a powdered compound for levelling interior, firmly plastered wall surfaces as well as gypsum cardboard panels. Levelled surfaces can be painted with any type of dispersion paints.


Application mode:

Compound preparation: stir 25kg of gletolin powder in 10l of water and leave it for 15 minutes. After that again stir thoroughly. So prepared compound is ready for application. Wall surfaces onto which the compound is being applied must be load-bearing, free of dust, grease, and other impurities. Prior to application of gletolin, prime the surfaces with maxikril, according to manu-facturer's instruction. Prepared compound is applied onto wall surfaces by steel plasterer’s float or corrosion-resistant painting blade. After drying, each coat should be sanded with emery pa-per. Maximum recommended total thickness is up to 5mm. Wash tools with water immediately after use.


Application temperature:

From + 50 c to +350 c


Consumption:

0.9–1.5kg/m2, depending on substrate roughness.


Shelf-life:

12 months in closed and undamaged package in a dry and ventilated room.
