Glue for ceramic tiles
Characteristics and purpose:
Keramol is a dry construction glue, based on hydraulic binder fibres, synthetic polymers and additives. It is used for gluing ceramic wall, floor and façade tiles and aerated concrete mem-bers. Temperature stable from -20°c to +70°c.
Application mode:
Add 25kg of Keramol into 7l of water and stir thoroughly. Leave glue for 15 minutes, and then stir again thoroughly and compound is ready for use. Wall surfaces onto which glue is applied must be load-bearing, free of dust, grease and other impurities. Prior to gluing, prime surfaces with Maxikril primer, according to manufacturer’s instruction. Apply glue by a drag. Place tiles onto substrate moving them left and right, up and down. Use up the prepared glue within 2 hours. Fill gaps between tiles with Fugalin after minimum 24 hours. Wash tiles with water im-mediately after placement.

From +5°c to +30°c
Consumption:
From 2 to 3 kg/m2, depending on substrate evenness and type of drag.
Shelf-life:
6 months in closed and undamaged package, in a dry and ventilated room.
